Billing and plans
Open Billing
Review the current plan, billing contact, subscription status, invoices, and available billing settings.
Billing is available to eligible account holders with an active or past-due paid subscription.
All charges are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments and billing details are securely processed through Stripe, ReGenHR's payment provider.
Review billing information
Open the profile menu
Open the profile menu from the Dashboard or another signed-in ReGenHR page.
Select Billing
Select Billing from the profile menu.
Review subscription details
Review the available billing information, including:
- Current plan
- Billing cycle
- Billing contact
- Subscription status
- Most recent invoice
Open the billing portal
Open the secure Stripe billing portal to:
- Update a payment method
- View invoices and receipts
- Review subscription details
- Manage available billing settings
Payment information is entered directly in Stripe and is not collected through the ReGenHR application.
