View invoices and receipts
Review the most recent invoice in ReGenHR or open the billing portal to view complete billing records.
ReGenHR displays the latest invoice in Billing when one is available. Full invoice history, receipts, payment methods, and billing settings are managed through the secure Stripe billing portal.
View billing documents
Open Billing
Open the profile menu and select Billing.
Review the most recent invoice
Under Recent invoice, review the available details, including:
- Invoice number
- Invoice date
- Payment status
- Total amount
- Download option
Open the billing portal
Select Open billing portal to view:
- Complete invoice history
- Payment receipts
- Payment methods
- Subscription and billing settings
Billing documents are securely provided through Stripe, ReGenHR's payment provider.
Contact support
Open Support / Help and select Billing if an expected invoice is unavailable or the billing portal cannot be opened.
